Chapter 117: Progressing.

You Xi Wang called Petra only to find out she did not leave the edifice but was talking to You Zhichi about some finance issues. The young man took the data coin and made his way to his sister's office. He knocked twice on the door, his sister spoke from the inside, "Come in."

"Good noon, Mr. Niladri. Is the VR helmet ready?" You Xi Wang spoke politely. This man was one of the earliest engineers his father recruited back when he started the company. Niladri was an introvert, did not like gossip. He was a kind-hearted man and treated the surrounding people with kindness. You Xi Wang had a good impression of him. That is why he asked him to lead the team to fabricate a VR helmet meant for games.

Niladri nodded and picked up a black helmet from the shelf behind him. He spoke, "Young Master, the typical VR helmets are used for educational purposes and thus they have limited performance. We have designed this helmet a bit differently. The processor can process at a speed of that of a supercomputer. Boot time is 3 seconds. We have also incorporated a slot specifically for coin disks. The user can play multiple games with the same helmet. The helmet also includes an emergency alarm. If the user feels any sort of discomfort while using the equipment, the alarm will set off and the connection will automatically end and notify the nearest hospital and the relatives of the user."

You Xi Wang felt very satisfied with this design, this was just the first version and the specs will be upgraded. He spoke to Niladri after listening to his description, "Mr. Niladri, if possible, then please make it so that the equipment cannot be reverse engineered, or we will have to apply for a patent."

Niladri nodded, which meant he will look into it. You Xi Wang gave him the coin disk with the game software and asked him to set it up for him and connect the game to a big screen so that the people on the outside can monitor how and what he is doing. Niladri did as he was asked. You Xi Wang sat down in a chair and put the helmet over his head. He smiled at Petra and said, "See you in a bit Petra."

Space glowed and You Xi Wang stood on a field which was just as he described, his outfit changed, he was wearing a white sports shirt and black shorts. His legs were covered with knee-high socks. He was wearing spiked shoes as he described. He jumped up a few times and spoke, "Petra, make this a little more creative. Rather than throwing the player straight on the field, give him an option to design his own clothes."

Petra on the outside took notes of everything he said. You Xi Wang proceeded with his testing. He sprinted from end to end of the field and said, "When you run without spiritual energy you will get tired, and a normal human will sweat. The body will feel warm and the legs will feel heavy."

You Xi Wang shrugged his shoulders and after asking Niladri to make some changes in the design to make it more comfortable, he left. Niladri was also very satisfied with the approach of his boss. He was an engineer, and he liked to make new things.

Petra followed You Xi Wang to his office and sat down in the chair opposite him. You Xi Wang spoke while trying the tab in his hand, "Petra, this app also needs some changes. You remember I asked you about the filters option?"

Petra spoke, "Yes, what about it?"

He was now an early 8th level spirit formation cultivator.
