Chapter 118: Does She Deserve This?

Chapter 118: Does She Deserve This?

The clones did as usual, yet this was the first time for them to see such a scene. "What's your aim here?" Nara asked, as this was the same strategy he used before to deal with Panty. "You will see," he simply replied, while a message came from Muna at this moment.

"I knew something about this Terry," she sent, and paused like she was playing with him. "What?!!" he stressed as he wanted to confirm his own guess.

She stayed a minute as if she was enjoying torturing him. "It isn't much in fact. He has two game capsules in his mansion, one for this game and another for a failure game called Titan revolt."

Her words made his own soul shake. 'It's me then,' he sighed, helplessly not knowing what to feel right now. "Have you joined his team already?"

"Yes, do you want me to dig more about this Terry? I have another tip about some challenge with a weird name."

"The Triflet challenge?"

"You already know it? Then it's not worth mentioning then."

His clones attracted everyone's attention, so none noticed his nervous look at this moment. "I know just the name. send any details you know about."

"Alright, but aren't you worried about this death warrant? Panty and his men here are full of themselves about their success in killing you.'

"I'm not that weak, or helpless."

'Hehehe, I know, you have me and my sisters, hehehe.'

He just smiled and said nothing. At this moment he noticed the reaction of everyone towards what his clones were doing.

"That's crazy, he just gathered over a thousand monster together!"

"What about his clones?"

"Sigh, they are dead!"

"What's the use of all this?"

Many comments were scattered from the group about his tactic, yet he wasn't affected by them. He knew their eyes would pop out when they saw the final result.

'I played with reservation so far, it's time for me to go full out,' he thought to himself while marveling at the fifty players on his side.

He waited, and his wait didn't last for more than five minutes for the monsters to split up on themselves, creating seven different battlegrounds.

"Wow, they divided themselves by themselves!"

"How can this be possible!"

"I don't remember reading any of these at any manual!"

"This is just insane!"

The comments shifted from mocking him to be shocked by this result. He simply stood there as he enjoyed this invisible sense of triumph over them. 'To rule a group you must first gain their admiration and trust,' he said to himself the same words he once said before to his friend.

"Do you aim for this?" Nara said as she pointed to the seven groups. "How did you know about this?"

"By coincidence," he honestly replied, yet she and everyone else standing here didn't believe him. "Are you a beta?" Jeffrey asked, and he just stayed silent, as this misunderstanding usually served as his perfect excuse.

"Let's talk about business," he said before pointing to the first group, "I know some of these monsters already, so we will wait until each ground is controlled by one type of monsters before hitting them hard."

"Do you plan on killing them all?"

"Yes, I will act as the leading spear while you will hunt them down from behind," he replied on one of the new guys question before adding, stressing on this sentence, "and no monster is going to run away but we need to work as a team and follow my exact command when dealing with these monsters."

They just glanced at him as if they were newbies looking to a veteran. "It wasn't a fluke then to make such legends already," Nara shook her head before saying loudly, "you heard the boss, we will fight according to his rules."

Everyone came here on her behalf, so when she stood by his side they had no excuse not to listen to his commands. He inwardly raised her place in his heart for a bit for her stand, feeling glad such a beauty was there on his side.

"The triflet challenge is a love challenge issued by the late father of a very wealthy family, a father to a beauty called Natalie. She is Nara, and the challenge is about the game."

Muna sent this message which then she followed by these:

"The father was one of the main contributors to the game developing company. He has a vast wealth and great heritage, and has only one girl as an heir."

"He had a strange illness months before the launch of the game, then he passed away a month ago."

"The challenge is about who is going to build the greater empire in the game. There are many assessment variables, where money and wealth in the game isn't considered one of them."

"The two contenders came from two big families, and both have strong heritage and great wealth. Something seems off about Dockrey, yet I know nothing yet about his real situation."

"I can tell you that this Terry is considered a loser already. Some even mentioned from afar about the possibility that Dockrey paid for the consulting company that ran this challenge to select him as his contestant."

"Dockrey is already eyeing her as his girl, and her heritage is considered by many as Dockrey's own."

Bloom read all these and suddenly got everything cleared in front of him. "When is the final date of this challenge?" he asked, despite already knowing the truth.

"There will be a meeting soon, but didn't know when. As for the final date, someone mentioned seven years in the future, but I think he was exaggerating."

'He wasn't!' Bloom just clenched his fist before stealing a short glance towards Nara. 'Was I sent here to do this? Was my second chance in life given to me as a pity not on my condition but on his?' he questioned himself, yet he knew he couldn't possibly know the answer.

'Does she deserve all this? Or her wealth deserves more of this?' he didn't care about any worldly wealth, yet if he was part of something then he wouldn't coward away.
