NPC into Player: Let's Wreck This Game

Chapter 130: Trinity's Record of All Records!

Chapter 130: Trinity's Record of All Records!

Bloom waited for one hour before his butler returned. Antoan came back holding a file of papers in one hand, and a single paper in another.

"How is our reincarnated Terry today?" he joked as the entire way he laughed at the conversation and the childish reason Bloom gave him.

Yet how funny it was; it was the truth.

"Alright I guess," Bloom replied as he glanced over the papers, "are these the ones I need to sign?" he asked, already feeling much tired of signing all these.

"No, these are the papers I will send with your signature here along with many things related to the game," Antoan extended the single paper to Bloom, who took and read it.

"Only one percent of my account?!" he was surprised to see the figure. It was much smaller than what he had in mind.

"Hahaha, don't belittle this little figure. All the things I did all these years in the dark were from one tenth of your share."

"So"

"They are enough, more than enough to be honest," he said before opening the file as he added, "you have billions of federal points under your disposal right now. All I need is just one and everything you ask for will be done."

Antoan just checked the complicated figures he had done and written down inside these papers. Like Bloom, he spent the past hour thinking hard about his task.

"I have another assignment then," Bloom was encouraged to go on with his plans.

"A kill?" Antoan turned serious in the next moment, "just tell me and I will discretely eliminate them."

"You" Bloom didn't know what to say except shaking his head. "I want to gather my own players in the game."

When he said that, he noticed the sudden change in the face of Antoan. His butler thought him reacting only to a whim, not really considering the Triflet the challenge.

"Are you sure?" he asked, trying to make sure he understood his master right.

"Sure," and Bloom nodded before adding, "I want this to be done in very secret manner. No one should know about this group belonging to me, understand?"

"I do," Antoan nodded before going to silence for a moment. "I have a suggestion, if you may."

"Go ahead and say it."

"I previously did some search regarding the game world. I think funding a studio will be the wise choice."

It was Bloom's turn for his eyes to lit up. "Great idea indeed," he then paused, recalling the memories and gossips he had from his previous life. "Make a list of all the free studios and bring it to me."

"One minute," Antoan opened the file as he screwed the papers everywhere before taking a couple out. "I have everything related to the game in these files," he said, explaining himself.

Bloom received the paper and checked the list of names. One name was in his mind in particular; the cyan studio.

This name seemed quite weak and feminine, yet what he recalled from his past was that it started like this, rose up pretty fast in the early couple of years in the game to end up being one of the strongest studios out there.

There was a common saying regarding this studio; if it had a decent backup from the start of the game, it would have turned into the greatest studio ever!

And it wouldn't be destroyed like what happened later.

"This one?" Antoan glanced at the name with much doubt before screwing his papers again and took one paper out. "They are" he paused, not knowing what to say.

"Weak? No problem for being weak. I like the name," Bloom said, while trying to give a silly excuse suiting on the old Terry. "Go and contact them. Find out who the owners are and try to arrange a meeting with them," he said.

"A meeting?" Antoan was speechless, "shouldn't you stay out of picture?" he added.

"No," Bloom shook his head, recalling the bitter end of this studio at the sixth year of the game. "I want to meet them face to face."

This wasn't a rash decision of his. If his info about them was correct, then the leaders of this studio wouldn't accept any support from anonymous identity.

Perhaps that was the reason why it took them a whole year until they found a good sponsor, and they stood beside that sponsor until the bitter end.

They were loyal, and Bloom liked this feature in them.

"Alright," Antoan shrugged, not knowing if the side effects of this morning awakening started to withdraw from his boss or not. "It says here there are three sister leading the studio," he added.

"No, they are four," yet Bloom confidently corrected him, "dig deeper and found the fourth one; the call is in her hand."

Antoan glanced with doubt at him. "Have you met her in the game?" he asked.

And Bloom knew he exposed something he shouldn't, so he just smiled and didn't answer. "The leader is just this fourth sister. Find her and make sure she will come with the triplet," he added, while going to his desk and signing the paper.

"It's done," he finally was relieved. Things kept getting messy and complicated since getting out of the capsule. "Sigh, I think the game world is my true world after all," he said to himself before stopping his butler. "Order a capsule for you," he said.

"For me? Me?!!" and Antoan was greatly shocked, even more than his shock this morning with his master.

"Didn't you say you fund already dark agents?"

"Ah, sure, you want them to enter the game too? Perhaps we should make a grand welcoming party for all?"

"Funny," Bloom sneered, "they will enter the game as well with you," he added as he had a part for all of them in his plan.

"Are you going in?"

"Sure, you will take hours to figure out all this stuff," Bloom opened the cover of his capsule, and said while sitting there, "wake me when you finish."

"But the game thing"

"What?"

"I can't play!"

"C'mon, everyone loves to play!"

"I can't killing people inside to just pop us alive later on is a silly rule to me!"

Bloom just glanced at him, then he closed the cover and entered the game. "You are the silly one," he mumbled as his consciousness started to seep into the game, "this game is much more dangerous than real life my friend."

Then he opened his eyes to find himself standing in the village. The place was crowded, much crowded than the time he left. "Is there some event going on here?" he muttered before noticing something.

People were staring at him!

They weren't glancing in shock or admiration, yet they were doing that in pity and even some had a challenging look on their faces.

"What's going on here?" just as he was puzzled, a notification came alerting him about a call request.

"What's up?" he said the moment he accepted Nara's phone call.

"Finally you are up," she said while hurrying to add in a serious tone, "big news, very big news."

He wasn't that shocked to see her like this. "Just tell me, what's going on here?"

"A challenge," she hurried to say, "a challenge issued to you from another empire."

"A challenge?" Bloom was puzzled, "what challenge?"

"The Trinity guild, the famous and prestigious guild in the entire game world has issued you a challenge."

"The Trinity guildhmm" he already heard this name a lot in his past life. Even in Titanic Revolut, this guild had players dominating the game there! "What challenge? And why are you so much excited about them?" this puzzled him the most, while walking in the streets of the village.

"They challenge you to break their record of records!"

"Can't you say one whole logical info in one sentence?"

"You don't know the record of all records? It's a legendary record of the number of announcements a person had in any game ever!"

"You mean those game announcements of clearing dungeons?" he said, trying to get her meaning and the reason behind her excitement.

"Yeah, they challenge you to break their old record set by their player Wattford twenty years ago! That's huge!!"

"I can't see any greatness in this," Bloom honestly said, shaking his head out of his helplessness.

"C'mon, it's a glory. No one could take this record out of them, and each new game they would issue such a challenge to the most promising player!"

"Oh, so that's why you are all pumped up?" he said while adding, "I don't need anyone to tell me I'm great!"

"Liar," she laughed before adding, "this is the first step for any player to gain recognition from everyone else in the game!"

"I have such recognition already!"

"Only in the local forums, perhaps, but not in the entire game!"

"Sigh," he smiled bitterly before adding, "you are beyond saving."

"C'mon, men always seek glory and fame. Are you upset because you got them?"

"I'm not."

"Yes you are."

"Told you not!"

"Look at yourself in the mirror then, liar!"

"Sigh," he seriously considered closing the call with her, "tell me your location and I will come to continue leveling up."

"We need to make announcements, we need to break that record!"

He speechlessly glanced at her, and as she noticed his hands moving to close the call, she instantly yelled at him: "Stop, there is more."

"What?!"

"Panty has issued a call to form a guild, unofficially of course."

He paused for a moment before saying, "and what's that related to me?"

"Aren't you his enemy?"

"Sure, but if he wanted to make a guild, I have nothing in hand to do."

"Yes, but what if he sat the task of preventing you from gaining another announcement as a request of joining his guild, promising great wealth and power even in the real world; what would you say?"

This time, Bloom instantly stopped. "So this is why everyone is eyeing me in such a strange way?" he muttered, while shaking his head. "Sigh, this Panty it's better for him to hurry and accept the quest. I need to crush him once and for all."
