Chapter 78: Killing Two Level Fifteen Monsters

Chapter 78: Killing Two Level Fifteen Monsters

Wasn't he now under the restriction to use system support in skills? He didn't delay and used the next barrage of skills, without giving any care at all to the movements!

"Stab, stab, slice, stab, stab, slice."

"250, 500, 300, 250, 250, 600."

The attacks came swiftly and the skills were activated easily and smoothly like nothing had ever happened! he glanced at his swords, at the monster, then laughed!

"Roar!"

"Roar as much as you like, I swear to kill both of you right here by my two hands, hahahaha!" he wildly laughed, as the other monster broke free from his stun, killed all his shadows, turned to face him, and then angrily roared.

As for Bloom, as long as he had his own arsenal of skills back, he wouldn't care about facing one or facing a hundred! He knew the value of his skills and the system support, and now he was really in great mood for having that back!

"Let's have some fun then, hawk!"

He instantly jumped two times in a row, while his sword hit the stunned monster twice, before finally turning around himself to hit the monster again. his back was now directed towards the incoming monster, and before the claw of that monster reach him, he muttered:

"Ground breaker!"

"Dang!"

"-1000"

"600"

He didn't know why, but after he regained his skills back again, he started having much luck in crits. As his sword blocked the incoming claw, his body turned around, and the next was a humiliation skill, toying with this monster before finally killing it!

"Swift kick!"

He was turning already, and thus his leg gained more momentum, sending the monster more than five meters backward in the air. Bloom totally ignored his stunned monster next to him, as he linked with the next strong skill.

"Dash!"

He moved at once, to strongly hit the monster with his sword, carrying it further more to the back. He didn't wait for this skill to finish, as he linked it with the next killing move!

"Dash piercer!"

He jumped three meters in the air, resembling a hawk descending upon its prey from the skies! The monster was being pushed in the ground backward, while he was flying high in the air. This time he sheathed one sword, grabbed the other with both of his hands, before finally falling over the monster's heads, severely cutting them both!

"1500!"

A huge figure appeared on top of that monster, finally depleting its remaining Hp. A system notification kicked in, but he ignored it for now; his focus was on his next prey.

He didn't hurry to attack it, as he started moving in circles, with eyes looking at the monster. This was a good chance for him to assess this monster closely and calmly, as he already secured his win.

The monster was huge, with a terrifying body, but it had some rules that seemed to limit its ferocity. The monster in front of him could use many parts of his body to attack and cause more damage, like the tail, which seemed to be limited only to defend against attacks after suffering quite damage.

As for these tentacles, they could be better used to squeeze the target, or even directly attack it, but during this fight, all they did was just to trap and grab, while randomly attacking from time to time.

As for the monster itself, it only used its heads to hit the target using the horns, but no special attack occurred, except for that ultimate skill.

"So you are limited by my low level, right?" Bloom muttered, as the monster finally broke free from the stun, roared in humiliation, as what Bloom was doing greatly angered him.

"Let's end it then, Dash!"

He didn't wait for the monster to reach him, as he used his dash skill once more, hitting the monster and stunning it, before a barrage of his stab skill appeared.

After a couple more times of this, the monster's Hp finally hit the rock bottom, falling on the ground motionless.

"Let's gather materials then check the notification," he muttered, as he leaned over the dead monster body, salvaging materials from it.

In a minute, he managed to gain eight level fifteen materials. The monster then turned into dots of light before vanishing from here. As for the first one, it already vanished a long time ago.

Bloom checked his stats and Hp, to find the Hp only had less than five hundred. "Sigh, despite having all this high value, I couldn't fight properly with mere monsters!"

Bloom just closed his character profile page and turned to glance at the system notification he just got.

"System alert: Player has killed level fifteen monster and gained five thousand Xp."

"System alert: Player has killed level fifteen monster and gained five thousand Xp."

Bloom then made a rough calculation to find that each monster roughly granted him from five hundred to a thousand Xp, as for the rest, they came from the level difference.

He glanced at the area of this battle, the whole place was now empty, except for some coins lying on the ground on the two places the two monsters died.

"Tsk, not even a single dagger, tsk," he took the coins, as each monster gave him ten gold coins each.

He then glanced towards the next group of monsters. He had spotted many different kinds of monsters in groups of ten and five, or even higher. He didn't choose any new monster, as the kind of monster he just clashed with was enough for him currently.

He didn't want to risk dealing with another monster, so he started his slow and careful search, while his skills would be reset.

He gained from killing two monsters ten thousand Xp, and he needed one hundred and thirty thousand more Xp to level up, so he needed to kill twenty six monsters.

If he targeted the five groups of this monster, then he would need to kill them all for around five to six times. This seemed easy to achieve, theoretically, but very hard to execute, practically.
