Chapter 98: Killing Everyone

Chapter 98: Killing Everyone

Panty had replenished his Hp to eighty percent using the village special Hp potion, however Bloom didn't let him be happy with this, as he used his own barrage of attacks to make sure Panty would never be able to use this potion here anymore.

" Stab, slice, stab, stab, stab"

His own skills continued even when Panty fell to the ground dead. He was frustrated by this arrogant bastard, feeling more frustration knowing that he would need to face the same hurdle when going to topple with Panty's quest.

As Panty fell to the ground, Bloom fetched the items that he lost. Players killed on his hands up till now were all poor, with not much items in their inventory to lose.

But this one; this was a fat sheep for him! He took the two potions fell from Panty, knowing they would be one of the finest of their kind.

And then he turned to face the three butlers, and the rest of the players.

"Mate, we are just hired to guard him, no personal grudge here."

Bloom glanced at the three butlers, knowing that what this man said was true; however he didn't intend in letting them go off this easily.

He knew Panty wasn't the problem, they were! So he needed to always create a gap between the two sides, making sure he would be higher than them in levels.

So he didn't show them any mercy, and used his own attacks on the three, making them all lose their Hp and fall on the ground dead.

"Sorry mate, blame your boss for making me his enemy, no personal grudge though," he said to the butler before killing him and taking away his dropped potions. The butlers were as fat as their boss, with inventory full of potions.

He meant every word he said, except that even Panty didn't select Bloom as an enemy, Bloom would have fought them as well for ruining their quest.

By the loss of their boss, and the frightening five players under him, other players were terrified to keep fighting, and those who didn't yet escaped hurried to run faster than others.

Bloom stood in the middle of the place which was now almost emptied of players, except for his own team. "You retreat to the tree line and I will cover you," he said, acting somehow noble despite being the main culprit here.

"Be careful," Nara said, while glancing rapidly at the shades he just summoned minutes ago before hurrying to retreat.

In fact she knew how strong and talented Bloom was, as she was one of many who watched and studied his style of fighting.

However she never expected him to be much stronger than them, not this fast at least! It was only a gap of one level, one day, and now he was using a skill that made her unable to think of a way to counter it.

Or imitate it!

"I need to be stronger!" she gritted her teeth, as the main reason for her to come and offer her help to him was to win him over; one way or another she must win him, or else the consequences would be severe.

"My lady" one of the six players standing beside her on the tree line said, and his eyes said what he wanted to say. "I know, we might be forced to ask for our main assassin to come," she said, before turning to glance at Bloom who was currently retreating slowly, with the help of his shades.

"You forced my hand to use my best card, let's see what you will do Bloom!" she murmured, and her eyes shone with a cold bright light.

"And Panty?" another player asked, "we can ask our big master to put some pressure over his father," the player added.

"Sigh, he is just as arrogant and stubborn as that Bloom over there," Nara sighed as she shook her head.

"He just refused the alliance when he thought he was the sheriff of the village, but now he knows he has a very strong contender. He might accept our terms," a third player said.

"No, leave this thing as planned, we don't need to deal with anyone except with Bloom," Nara said in a decisive tone, while the others around her nodded and said nothing.

As for Bloom, he was too far of them to hear a single word or doubt a thing. He was now concerned with retreating without losing anything. He tried to test the new monsters out, but the sheer numbers of the two kinds of monsters with the present active supreme skill made him and his shades in a very unfavorable position.

After losing five of his shades in no time, he decided to withdraw, and when he reached the tree line, he only had two of them left! Just as he stepped on the ground of safety, he received system alerts one after another, but it wasn't yet the time to check them.

"Great fight, I'm sure Panty would think twice before crossing skills with you again," Nara said the moment Bloom reached the tree line.

Bloom smiled and glanced first around him; they were all alone! The player army who was filling the place disappeared, and he was pretty sure they all walked away from this spot, looking for other places to start leveling from.

"I'm pretty sure we will fight again so soon," he simply replied to her before glancing over at the monsters. By losing their targets, the monsters started fighting among themselves, each wanting to dominate the region. "Interesting," he muttered, as he had a new idea of leveling up.

"What?" Nara asked, as she glanced over the fighting monsters not seeing what Bloom was able to see. "Nothing," he shrugged, before turning to her again, "I want to assign a task for you," he said.

"Just ask, after all you are our leader," she said, and Bloom didn't detect the unusual tone she used to say these words; however her players did.
