Mephisto "Meph" Blackwell is a demon barista with a cursed side hustle: granting wishes that technically come true, but always with a horrifying twist (RIP one customer who’s now a literal doormat). After accidentally blowing his cover, Meph stumbles into a support group for other supernatural beings struggling with soul-crushing day jobs—like a banshee in customer service and a poltergeist stuck in furniture assembly.
Together, this misfit crew decides they've had enough of their evil employer, Corporate Hell. With Meph's curse as their secret weapon, they plot to unionize under the nose of Asmodeus “Deus” Lux, a demonic consultant with the charm of a spreadsheet and the soul of a meat grinder.
Add in a sharp-witted human labor lawyer, some workplace hauntings, and a surprisingly moving group chant, and you’ve got a supernatural labor revolt brewing—with consequences hotter than a venti brimstone latte.
